Las Galletas is a quaint fishing village situated between Los Cristianos and the Reina Sofía Airport in the south. It has become a popular tourist resort and the facilities are improving weekly.The black sand beach has recently been refurbished with boulders having been removed and the fishing harbour is currently being reformed. The town centre is mostly pedestrianized and the new road system improved, making it a safe and pleasant area to while away the hours. Tenerife Las Galletas

Next to the village Las Galletas is the TEN-BEL urbanization with a big sea-water swimming pool for residents. Close to the swimming pool there is a path which leads to the beautiful and cliffed coast with several accesses to enable bathing in the sea.

Costa Del Silencio (Coast of Silence) is an area with many private villas, apartments and aparthotels with a good selection of restaurants and bars. Its close proximity to the airport means the area is visited by many tourists as it has the shortest transfer time!

The nearby Palm-mar urbanization is also an upcoming area where the beach has been recently transformed and many new properties are under construction.
