The concept of opening an estate agency in Tenerife, ‘yet another!’ we hear you cry, was born of simplicity itself.
The huge, sometimes unwieldy conglomerates and franchised estate agency business’ in Tenerife were only interested and based on one preface – sell as much property to as many people in as short a space of time as possible.
Our partners, having lived on average in Tenerife for more than 15 years, and with all of that time spent residing in Costa del Silencio realized that there was not one of the hundreds of agents on the island specializing in serving our little community.
If the clients had plenty of money, they were shipped off to Playa de Las Americas, Fañabe, Los Cristianos and other much more expensive areas. Higher selling prices equals higher commission! Never to find our little paradise.
Those with less to spend were left to fend for themselves.
This is not to say that Costa del Silencio is the poor relation to our more affluent neighbours, quite to the contrary we have some beautiful property and quiet, tranquil surroundings and all the amenities on our doorstep. If we want hussle and life, we take a 10 minute drive to our noisier neighbours, if we want to relax, we stay close to home with our own abundance of cafes, restaurants, beaches, harbour and general day to day luxury village surroundings.
So you see after years of living here and trading property here, it was such a simple and logical step to open our office premises and start to serve our community, by providing professional, unbiased advice to all. Costa del Silencio needs be a secret no more!
